Our peony season in the Willamette Valley in Oregon is off to a beautiful start. We are enjoying a great early start to our bloom season. Today's sunshine will bring a tremendous bloom for Mother's Day weekend in a week. Bring Mom out or come earlier in the week and pick up fresh cut peonies or a plant for her.
We started our season last week with over 150 varieties of potted peonies to choose from. They transplant well in the PNW in the spring. We also offer a number of peonies for sale on our online peony root catalog which ship bare root in the fall.
Our peony farm nursey is tucked away down a dead-end road at 6219 Topaz Street NE, Brooks (Salem), OR. It's a delightful drive in the country to our secluded farm, which can't be seen from the highway. Folks are enchanted by the private setting and sometimes wonder what could possibly be down that road. After 24 years of being open to the public during the May/June bloom season, we continue to have first time visitors who wonder how long we have been here. We planted our first field in 2020.
Come out and see the peonies in bloom and walk around the field. We sell peony plants and fresh cut peony flowers. No admission charge.
Closed Mondays and Tuesdays. OPEN Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 10 AM - 6 PM. OPEN Sundays from 11 AM - 3 PM (or a bit later).
We are located at 6219 Topaz Street NE, Brooks, Oregon, about 7 miles south of Woodburn and just minutes north/northeast of Salem, OR, just 1 mile north of Brooks off of 99 E. We have Brooks Gardens signs up in the area.
